I’m one of the people that actually likes the lime flavor better than the orange.
This stuff is easy to take and does not make my stomach hurt or give the weird “fish oil burps” I would get when I took other fish oil pill supplements.
I take these by opening the packet, then I just put the whole packet into my mouth and while biting down, pull out the packet thereby squeezing out the gel. Some people probably can’t do this because of gag reflex.
Also if you do take it the way I mentioned be careful because the sides of the packet are sharp and I have cut the sides of my mouth a couple of times.
I highly recommend this product. This stuff actually makes me feel very alert and mentally focused within ten minutes after I take it. Not sure if that is a certified benefit but it really helps me at the office early in mornings.

My son has Autism so this is an important supplement for him. I sneak it in with his protein shake and he doesn’t realize its the fish oil! YEAH! Thank you for a great product!

This stuff is awesome. Not fishy at all. It tasted pretty good and it is absorbed better and faster than a pill.. I keep mine in the fridge and that makes it taste even better. I cannot swallow the big pills anymore since I had lap band surgery and I was thrilled when I found this and can still get my omega 3’s in. Well worth the extra money.

I adore Coromega. It’s easy to take and, though it’s hard to prove, I honestly feel like my mental health has improved since I’ve been taking it. I recommend against the lemon lime flavor, though. It is just SO strong that it becomes cringeworthy. The orange flavor is fine and I’m trying the chocolate orange next.

We have been using the Coromega orange flavor packets for a few years so I thought we would try out the lemon-lime. The lemon-lime tastes fine, but causes lemon-lime burps. We have not had this problem with the orange. It also comes in orange-chocolate which sounds gross, but we may have to try it. As far as price, the Coromega website offers this product for $39.95 plus shipping and my local food co-op sells it for $31.95 so Amazon wins hands down for pricing. Overall, an easy way to get your daily dose of Omega 3 oils.
